Hey everyone this weeks free blog topic is about the 80D. Like I mentioned in one of my other blogs, I wanted to to learn more of the 80D because I heard it's one of the newest camera's we have in our class, and it's also a really good camera to work with. When we had the Kokee camp, our teacher Mr. M talking about how to use some of the modes on the camera's. I was a little confused at first, but when I watched this video it was actually kind've of simple. I also picked a short video because most of the videos up on Youtube about the 80D is about ten to an hour long. And I know most of you guys don't want to sit there watching a video for that long, so that's why I picked a short video. Although it's short, it's still a very helpful video. Thanks for reading my blog, oh and don't forget to check out the video down below!
Hey everyone! I'm back for this week blog; this weeks blog topic is about what makes you feel uncomfortable. A lot of things make me feel uncomfortable actually, but I'm going to be talking about the top three things that makes me really uncomfortable. The things that makes me really uncomfortable is talking in front of a class or a huge audience, talking to one of my relatives that I'm not really close to, and lastly talking to my teachers if I need help with any of my work.
The first thing the makes my very uncomfortable is talking in front of an audience or in front of my class. I have anxiety, or I get really really nervous when I talk in front of a huge audience. I don't mind if I'm with over three people, it's just being in a group of two or being by myself. It makes me very uncomfortable because I don't really know most people or I'm not that close to that much people in audiences or in most of my classes. That is one thing that makes me uncomfortable.
The second thing that makes me uncomfortable is talking to one of my relatives that I'm not that close to; I know it's weird but it makes me extremely uncomfortable. The reason behind this is because I don't know how to start a conversation and, if they ask me a question I don't really know how to answer it because I'm trying to think of an answer so they won't think that I'm like really shy or not really intelligent; I hope that makes sense, but it's something like that. But when I'm talking to one of my relatives over the phone I would just say that my sister, cousin, or my grandma wants to talk to them to get out of that mess.
The last thing that makes me very very comfortable is talking to my teacher. I know again, it's weird but for some reason it makes me uncomfortable. It's because if I need help I don't really know how to explain it to the teacher because if I would explain stuff to some people it won't really make sense. For example, yesterday I had math and I had a didn't quite understand the problem, so when I asked my teacher I kind've confused him I think so I was a little embarrassed.
Again a lot of things make me uncomfortable but these are some things that make me extremely uncomfortable. Like, talking to my teacher, talking to a relative I don't really know, and talking in front of an audience or my class. What makes you uncomfortable? Oh and don't forget, I have another blog coming up later on!
Hey guys so I'm back! And for this weeks free blog topic I'm going to be talking about Final Cut pro. If you guys read my last blog about my goals, you would know I want to improve on my editing and also get more familiar with Final Cut pro, if you know what I mean. Like getting to know how to use it more or get to know the controls. So I found this video on Youtube and I think it will help me, or help you guys if you wanna know how to edit in Final Cut Pro (I know it's a music video tutorial but it's still a helpful tutorial). So I hope you guys enjoy this blog! Bye have a great day everyone!
Hola everyone! This weeks blog topic is about our goals for the 2nd quarter. I'm going to be talking about how I'm going to achieve them, what are the steps I'm going to take to accomplish my goals, and finally what are my are my goals. I have many goals I want to achieve this quarter, but my three main goals I want to achieve are, meeting deadlines, improving on editing and filming better, and finally doing my blogs on time.
First, my first goal is to meet deadlines. I really want to achieve this goal because, honestly last quarter I would turn in my assignments or projects in two days, or a week later. So how am I going to achieve that or what are the steps I'm willing to do; well, I'm going to achieve this goal by doing my projects or assignments earlier so I meet the deadline right on time. That is my first goal and how I'm going to achieve this goal.
Next, my second goal. My second goal is to learn how to edit and film better. The reason why this is one of my goals is because in the 1st quarter, some of my clips were crooked and I didn't notice. We did learn some new things at the kokee camp about how to use some of the setting on the cameras. All though we learned that, I'm still a bit confused so I want to learn more about that. Now editing, I also want to get better at editing because in voice overs I did or when we were filming there was some background noises and when I lowered that clip down it didn't really match with the other clips. How I'm going to achieve this goal is to watch some of the videos on how to edit or use the commands in the app Final Cut Pro.
Lastly, doing my blogs on time. I'm always doing my blogs last minute and I know we don't have any excuse because we have basically a week to do them. I'm planning on finishing my blogs on a Wednesday or Thursday because I usually don't have anything to do on those days and I don't have to worry about it later on. I'm also planning on doing vlogs soon because it sounds really interesting.
Overall, I hope I accomplish my goals for this quarter; meeting deadlines, editing/filming, and doing blogs on time. I hope you guys enjoy this blog this week. Have a great day and don't forget to come back next week!
